Strength of Schedule
Every team’s schedule, graded separately for each position. A schedule is easy for running backs when the defenses on it gave up a lot of points to running backs — so the same slate can be a gift to one position and a wall to another. Rank 1 is the easiest.
Built from what each defense allowed per game in 2025, mapped onto the 2026 schedule. Switch to the fantasy playoff weeks to see the three that decide most leagues.

Each cell shows the rank (1–32) and, in smaller type, the average Half PPR points per game that this team’s opponents allowed to that position in 2025. Rank 1 is the easiest schedule.
Less than it feels like. Defenses change a lot between seasons, so last year’s points allowed is only a rough guide to this year’s — it holds up best for running backs and worst for wide receivers. Over a full season the gap between the league’s easiest and hardest schedule is small, because everyone ends up playing roughly the same quality of opponent.
It is sharpest as a tiebreaker: when two players are genuinely close, the one with the friendlier playoff-weeks draw is a reasonable way to break the tie. It is not a reason to move anyone up or down a tier.
